Labneh Pistachio NEW




LABNEH: Soft cheese made by straining Sheep’s milk yogurt to remove the whey.

It has a thick, spreadable texture similar to our log cheese or cream cheese, and thanks to its yogurt base, its flavor is rich and tangy.
But this time around, we have made it differently with two weeks of processing to remove excess moisture and, when formed into balls, coated with crushed pistachios.
And it became a grand success for this Labneh – “Heaven on Earth” with pistachios.

It’s impossible to describe the absolute best of the texture, smoothness, and flavor.
P.S.  Was so tricky to photograph it without eating the entire cheese first.
