Our Sheep Caciotta with Fenugreek is an age, 
a bit crumbly, 

creamy cheese with fenugreek seeds that give it 
a nutty and savory flavor.

The aromatic fenugreek adds celery notes 
to the soft taste of the sheep's cheese 
and creates texture and bite.

The fenugreek seed is known for 
its medicinal and rejuvenating powers
and is an excellent aid for the digestive system. 

Caciotta is artisanal, 
semi-hard, washed rind RAW 100% ewe's milk cheese, 
aged 12 months. 

The ripening period is brief; 
yellow rind surrounds a white body with a creamy,
firm consistency, providing a flavor
that ranges from mild to tangy as it ages.

Our cheeses are on-of-a-kind in Canada
because we use Natural Kefir Culture from Tibet.
