Victoria Panforte is an Ontario-based local production for panforte – “strong bread” – a confection originating from Toscana, Italy.
Victoria Panforte product is proudly made in Canada with locally sourced at least 40% of ingredients, and lesser environmental impact packaging.
Our panforte is vegetarian and handmade in small batches. Major ingredients of our Panforte Nero are tree nuts: hazelnut and cranberry, organic apricots, and cranberries; candied orange peel, and candied melon.
Our Panforte is sweetened with Canadian honey and organic cane sugar. Starch wafer, eatable, is covering each panforte bottom. Panforte is a natural source of dietary fiber, potassium, vitamin E, magnesium, manganese, iron, niacin, folate, riboflavin, and thiamin. Panforte will add nutritional value and delight your senses.
Victoria Panforte cake is free of preservatives, artificial ingredients, dairy, and eggs; it is baked and packaged in the certified kitchen “The Cake Collective”, 2-1021 Myerside Dr., Mississauga, ON, L5T 1J6. Product is packaged in 2 layers: first is food grade resealable plastic bag, and then unbleached paper with a Victoria Panforte sticker, created by a local artist.
