This really surprised me. I’m a bit of a finicky eater and I could not stop eating this cheese. I bought it to marinate like Nona did. Here’s what I did: chop up and throw in a jar. Cover with olive oil, 6 cloves of garlic, 3 sage leaves (I used dried powder) and 10 black olives. Put in the fridge for 2-3 days and eat with bread or just throw it over salad. Amazing!!
