Native to the Langhe region of Northern Italy, rabiola cheese can be traced back to the ancient Celts of Italy.

Rabiola is a soft unripened cheese belonging to the stracchino family. Whole sheep’s milk gives rabiola a rich and creamy texture. This artisan cheese is spreadable with a mild, yet slightly tangy flavour.
