Our sheep are of the East Friesian dairy breed.
The East Friesian is a breed of sheep originating from East Frisia in northern Germany. It is either the best or one of the best sheep breeds in terms of milk yield per ewe.
The East Friesian Sheep have large frames and which is a good characteristic for providing lean meat.
We offer many different cuts of lamb including loin chops, shoulder chops, boneless legs and shoulders.
We also prepare fresh, German style sausages made of pure lamb with the addition of white wine, farm eggs and spices
